There is only one thing better than a simple gas pipe - the STG DeNOx gas burner.
The STG gas burner is adjusted precisely to the flow characteristics of a free gas flow, resulting in low turbulence combustion with low flame temperatures and low tail fire. Two stage gas flow makes it possible to control flame length and combustion speed even for low turbulence conditions.

There are 8 burner sizes, covering a range from 50 to 1100 Nm3/h of gas.
Self carburization as a result of low turbulence gas flow provides a remarkably intensified energy transport from the flame to glass and batch, which reduces flame and crown temperatures by up to 50 deg C. Therefore NOx formation is decreased and lower flue gas temperature reduces flue gas energy losses.
Result: Energy saving and low emission are ideally combined.
