At 09-09-09 Glaswerk Ernstthal GmbH started it´s 3rd glass melting furnace. On this occasion any of the involved companies were invited for celebration of this event.
STG for this customer meanwhile has completed several jobs - and therefore also was participating at bringing "Norbert", as this furnace was called, into operation.
At the furnaces at Ernstthal STG has implemented advanced PCS7 Process Control as well as Oxygen sensors and Optical Melting Control (OMC), as latest innovation within our technological concept for an energy efficient and emission reducing furnace operation .

STG sends to Glaswerk Ernstthal all the best wishes for future and looks forward to a continuing successful cooperation.

Salavatsteklo 2B
STG, in close cooperation with Horn Glass Industries, is responsible for Process Control (PSC, Furnace, Bath & Lehr as well as thyristor units) of the 2nd Float Line at Salavatsteklo in Bashkortostan (Russia). Furnace, with a capacity of 500 t/d will be among the most modern of its kind.

Guardian RAK (Ras Al Khaimah)
SIEMENS Brussels placed an order for STG to equip a new Float Line in Ras Al Kaimah (Dubai) with PCS and Top Roller Control. Furnace will run with 700 t/d .

Asahi Glass Teplice Float R3
Asahi Glass Brussels entrusted STG with Process Control of Float line R3 in Teplice, Czechia . The scope of STG performances includes Hard- and Software-Engineering as well as delivery of PCS, interior of Control rooms , Supervision and Commissioning.
