After several years of intensive development, today STG can offer burner designs giving energy saving and NOx reduction. Their performance parameters and their maintenance behaviour are recognizably superior to former designs and practices. The oil burner design, with exactly centralized oil and atomizing flow, creates a narrow shaped oil-drop-distribution. This helps to avoid the typical NOx forming hot flame tail fire and achieves low turbulent and low temperature oil flame geometry. This results in savings in oil and compressed air, the reduction of NOx and extended burner maintenance cycles of up to 6 months or even one year.
STG DeNOx oil burner technology has been proven for natural gas or compressed air atomizing applications.
It not only reduces NOx, but it also saves energy and compressed air as well.
